His work consists of designing strategic masterplans, urban regeneration, and town center renewal—and he’s also skilled in the preparation of design codes and development briefs.

Vaughan is passionate about the process of design and enjoys creating places in a collaborative way. With his belief that working together with others leads to the best outcomes, he’s dedicated to creating vibrant and sustainable communities through his work. He was responsible for leading the design process on Linmere, working closely with client Lands Improvement Holdings and their partners to incorporate design principles that enhance healthy placemaking, improving livability now and in times to come as the community grows.

Outside of work, Vaughan enjoys a variety of hobbies including gardening, football, drawing, and painting.
