Samosa Media will be presenting their This Manchester Identity youth film project in the 'Degendering the City' session at the Quality of Life: Remaking the post-industrial city day conference in Manchester on Friday 4 October 2024
Samosa Media is a UK BAME working class led arts organisation delivering work with large audiences and major impact. We also produce exceptional arts and education participatory workshops in schools, colleges, universities, youth and community centres. Samosa Media has worked with leading national and international arts companies to deliver theatre, films and music concerts. We deliver creative media workshops to schools, colleges, universities and youth groups. Using our catalogue of films and online journalism as a resource, we explore social, cultural and political issues. We also facilitate making films, podcasts or photo-journals with young people, which encourages discussion, learning and critical thinking.
