Speaker profile:

Katie is a Director in Deloitte’s Real Estate team working in major regeneration and placemaking. She is a town planner, working with clients to draft regeneration frameworks and then deliver development via major planning consents. Her key projects over the last 15 years include NOMA, Mayfield and East Manchester.

Katie had a particular specialism in heritage; leading Deloitte’s heritage team and sitting on Historic England’s Places Panel.
