Dr Clare Mulholland is an Architect, Senior Lecturer, and Programme Director of BSc Architecture at Queen’s University Belfast. Her research focuses on architecture and planning in post conflict cities, specifically architecture and inter-group contact of divided societies, socio-spatial integration, and community participation in the design process in the divided context.  Clare has sat as a member of the Ministerial Advisory Group for Architecture and the Built Environment N.I and is an EDI Champion in QUB.   She is currently co-investigator for the AHRC Green Transition Ecosystem project, ‘Future Island Island,’ which is focused on design-led research addressing green transition challenges.

Clare will contribute as a panelist in the National Balance Imperative: Challenge + Opportunity session on Tuesday 25 March.
