David Minton

David works as Director with the Northern & Western Regional Assembly (NWRA). The NWRA is the regional tier of Government and responsible for both regional and metropolitan planning, whilst also managing a number of EU investment programmes. A qualified Urban Planner, a member of the IPI and Institute of Directors, David is a passionate advocate for the west, but as a Galwegian, a champion of his home city. David has experience working in industry, local & regional government and international development. Urban governance has been a significant element of his work and study.
