Head of the Planning with Cairn Homes, Aidan is a qualified Town Planner with over 22 years’ experience in the development industry. In that time Aidan has worked in private consultancy in both the UK and Ireland and been responsible for the promotion of a wide range of client’s interests in a range of sectors.
In the last 10 years, Aidan has specialised in the residential sector and played a key role in the growth of Cairn Homes from its floatation in 2015 to becoming the leading Irish business. Aidan continues to support Cairn in establishing itself as a sustainable large scale delivery platform for quality new homes despite a prolonged period of planning uncertainty and risk for many within the sector.
He is involved with various industry bodies and is proactively working to play his part in guiding future planning policy. Aidan is an active member of the Irish Planning Institute and Royal Town Planning Institute and outside of work is heavily involved in the GAA and his local community.
