Academicians are selected on the basis of their contribution to the making and shaping of places through a variety of professional and personal means. Joining the Academy means engaging with a diverse network of individuals who are committed to promoting and sharing the lessons learned from good urbanism.
To continue to broaden and strengthen our networks both nationally and internationally, we encourage existing Academicians to nominate suitable people from across the urbanism spectrum to become Academicians.
Current Academicians, please also use this form to nominate people you know to become Academicians. Include as many of the nominee’s contact details as you can, as well as further details on why you think they would make a good addition to the Academy. This information is sent to the Academy’s Board of Directors for approval, before an invitation pack is dispatched citing you as nominator. Please therefore provide your own details in the "Nominator" section at the bottom of the form.
