Volunteering opportunities at Congress 2025 in Utrecht for AoU Young Urbanists
Attend Congress 2025 - Utrecht: Healthy Urban Living for free!
Are you keen to come to Congress in Utrecht but not sure about buying a ticket? The AoU Young Urbanist volunteering programme allows YU members to attend as volunteers, in exchange for a free ticket to the full 3-day event.
Responsibilities for volunteers include things like:
- Registration: Helping AoU team at registration points to welcome delegates, hand out badges, and answer questions.
- Timekeeping: Sitting in the front row of presentations, keep an eye on the clock, and hold up signs to help speakers keep to time.
- Workshop / tour support: Join a workshop or tour group and help delegates together and on track.
