If you’d like a break from work and meet some friendly faces, join us for an AoU Coffee Break!
These sessions are organised and hosted by a group of AoU Members based in Scotland, and are open to all. If you have never been to an AoU event before, or are thinking about joining the AoU, you are welcome to come along and join the discussion.
On Thursday 6 June, we'll be hearing from Sacha Hasan, assistant professor of Human Geography in the Urban Institute in Heriot Watt University. Sacha leads courses of urban design and placemaking. Her research work focuses on inclusive and just urbanism and its impact on health and wellbeing.
She'll be giving us an intro into her research on key barriers to minority ethnic communities' access to social housing services, with a particular focus on digital skills and literacy.
If you'd like to attend, please book your place below.
